• ASCLS’s exclusive Consumer Information Response Service provides consumers with answers to specific questions regarding the interpretation and use of laboratory test information. Members across the country answer questions confidentially and one-on-one with patients who need to understand the meaning of their test results.
• ASCLS provides online general information about laboratory testing and home health/test kits to consumers to assure valid and accurate conclusions from laboratory test results.
